At BulbAmerica, we strive to ensure your lighting projects are a success by offering a flexible 30-day return policy for all unused and resalable products. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, our streamlined process makes it easy to request an exchange or a full refund.
Request an RMA
Log into your account or contact our customer service team to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number within 30 days of delivery.
Pack Securely
Place the items in their original manufacturer packaging and secure them inside a sturdy shipping box with adequate padding to prevent breakage during transit.
Label and Ship
Clearly write your RMA number on the outside of the shipping box and send the package to our designated returns center using a trackable shipping method.
Inspection and Refund
Once our warehouse receives and inspects the returned bulbs, we will process your refund or ship your replacement items within 5 to 7 business days.
